We are a team of microcement renderers with a real passion for the craft, applying CEMHER Microne across residential and commercial projects on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane. It is a beautiful Spanish microcement, engineered in Valencia, and the only system in Australia that is 100% waterproof in every layer, so it never relies on a sealer to hold water out.
We install it across three build ups. Microne Pro for floors, wet areas and benchtops. Microne Wall for internal walls, ceilings and facades. Microne Outdoor for pavements, walkways and pool surrounds. Every project follows the full CEMHER protocol, from substrate preparation and primer with 60gsm fibreglass mesh, through two coats of Microne Base, two coats of Microne Medium top coat, and the two part Aquapur70 sealer that completes the system.

We build a microcement project in layers. Each one needs preparation, drying and care. This is how we work, on every project.
Consultation
We review drawings, photographs or visit the site. Together we confirm the surfaces, finish direction and how microcement integrates with the broader build program. Homeowners and builders are walked through what to expect at every stage.
Colour Sampling
Before a single coat goes on your project, we hand trowel physical colour and texture samples on board. You review them in the room, in natural light, against the joinery, stone and tapware. Nothing moves forward until the sample feels right in the space.
Surface Preparation
The substrate determines the result. We mechanically prepare existing tile, concrete or screed, repair movement points, then apply the CEMHER primer with 60gsm fibreglass mesh to lock in stability. Wet areas are detailed to AS 4858 and AS 3740 before any microcement goes down.
Application
Two hand trowelled coats of CEMHER Microne Base, then two coats of Microne Medium top coat, applied in sequence with controlled drying time between layers. We set tonal variation and trowel direction deliberately to match the approved sample. For high traffic and commercial projects, we add Microne Plus dual component hardener for compressive and wear performance.
Sealing & Handover
We sand the surface, then seal it with two coats of CEMHER Aquapur70, a two part water based sealer chosen for the exposure and traffic of the space. We walk the finished project with you and provide a written care and maintenance guide so the surface is supported well beyond handover.
